Comprising all concrete construction, this 4 level home is completely automated, monitored and controlled by Savant.

Our scope for this project included design, supply, installation and integration of:

• Savant IP audio with 18 zones of audio using Sonance speakers throughout the home including bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms and outdoors

• Savant IP Intercom system with cloud based answering, access control, notifications and event playback

• Motorised TV lift by Ultralift

• All electrical automation using Clipsal CBus including lights, blinds and fans

• Clipsal CBus Zen light switches and eDLT’s

• DALI addressable lighting for all Downlights, feature lighting and LED strips

• Motion enabled step lights in each stair case

• All security and access control using Ness Security products with full perimeter monitoring/arming & electronically controlled perimeter doors and gates

• Complete property surveillance using Dahua IP CCTV

• HVAC control using Cool Automation with 8 individually controlled heating and cooling zones

• Ubiquiti UniFi Network using Unifi WiFi access points throughout

• Samsung Frame TV’s throughout

• Savant control incorporates handheld remotes, wall fixed 8” touchscreens, iPad and iPhone
